Baking for Christmas: You will be taken through the steps of making a Christmas Pudding and Christmas Cake, Stollen, Ginger Bread and Mince Pies (all for you to take home), with organic baker, Justin Tunstall. The maximum class size is 8 ensuring that individual attention is given to each student. The cost is £95 and includes all ingredients and materials, recipe pack and an organic lunch.

Beginners’ Baking: A day of bread making for the beginner or the experienced home baker. A practical hands-on class with organic baker, Justin Tunstall. You’ll make a selection of breads (for you to take home), using 2 different methods: Yeast and Sourdough. You’ll be taken through the whole process of kneading, mixing, scaling and shaping of the dough. The maximum class size is 8 ensuring that individual attention is given to each student. The cost is £75 and includes all ingredients and materials, recipe pack and an organic lunch.
