Games Mornings – McLean Hall, 19th March, 9th April 10.00 – 12.00: Join Frances and Lesley for some fun and gentle exercise playing table tennis, indoor curling, quoits, and quick board games.

This entertaining morning in relaxed company runs throughout the winter and there’s tea, coffee and Home Baking.
There’s a warm welcome awaiting you in the McLean Hall . Free admission.
Fearnan Village Association’s Annual General Meeting on 28th March at 4pm in the McLean Hall. All FVA members are cordially invited.
Brew for the Crew Saturday Easter Afternoon Tea on 11th April 3pm – 5pm in the McLean Hall.
Fearnan Village Association and the McLean Hall Management Committee have joined forces to support the Scottish Charity Air Ambulance nationwide fundraising initiative Operation Skyward.

Operation Skyward is SCAA’s ambitious appeal to expand and enhance air ambulance capability in Scotland through the introduction of a new H145 D3 helicopter – the most advanced air ambulance of its type.
All proceeds from the tea will go to this fundraising appeal, so please come and help us ensure that critical medical care can be delivered faster and more safely in our area!
The tea costs £7.50pp and school age children are half price.

REGULAR CLASSES AND CLUBS IN FEARNAN
Mondays:
Carpet Bowls: On Monday evenings there’s an open invitation to everyone to come and play Carpet Bowls in the Hall from 7.30 to 9.30pm. The cost is £3 per person. Contact Angela on 830619, or at a.kininmonth@outlook.com if you would like more information. The Bowls Season begins on the first Monday in October and ends at the end of March each year.
Tuesdays:
The PKC Mobile Library visits Fearnan Hall car park on alternate Tuesdays between 4.00 and 4.30 pm.
Balance & Strength Class: A new, regular class on Tuesdays at 10.30 – 11.30 am in the McLean Hall, to help stay active and improve strength, balance and mobility. The cost is £3.10 per session.
Wednesdays:
The Fearnan Book Club meets monthly on the second Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm to discuss their latest good read. Contact Linda on ellemilne@hotmail.com or on 840735 if you would like to join the group.
Thai Chi Classes take place in the hall at 10 – 11am on Wednesdays. The cost is £7.00pp.
Fridays:
Yoga Classes: Emma Burtles, an experienced yoga teacher leads a regular yoga class in Fearnan Village Hall on Friday mornings, starting at 10.15am and finishing at 11.30am. New members are invited to join the class which is transferring from The Big Shed at Tombreck. Yoga experience is not essential, and Beginners are welcome.
As Covid-19 restrictions continue to apply, ideally you should bring your own mat or rug, but equipment can be provided. The class is run on a sessional, pay-as-you-attend basis and so if you can’t come on a particular Friday, you don’t need to pay. The charge per class is £7/person. Glen Lyon and Loch Tay Community Council
The Glen Lyon and Loch Tay Community Council meets every 2 months by Zoom. Members of the public can attend the meetings and raise questions or issues under ‘Any Other Business’. The CC can be contacted on mail@glenlyonandlochtaycc.org.uk
